It should be remembered in agonizing neuralgias esp. of orbital and supra-maxillary, with screaming and loss of consciousness. Cancer of the tongue, with indurated edges. Sudden sinking sensation. Power of speech lost but intelligence intact. Sciatica, gait unsteady.
