All the Products sold on Website are governed by different state laws and if eMedicineHub is unable to deliver such Products due to implications of different state laws, eMedicineHub will return or will give credit for the amount (if any) received in advance by eMedicineHub from the sale of such Product that could not be delivered to You.

By registering your phone number with us, you consent to be contacted by us via phone calls, SMS notifications, mobile applications and/or any other electronic mode of communication in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates. Payment

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
Decline of transaction for any other reason(s)

All payments made against the purchases/services on Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Website will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Website.

Before shipping / delivering your order to you Payment eMedicineHub/ Courier Partner may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to Our Users.

Further:

Transactions, Transaction Price and all commercial terms such as Delivery, Dispatch of products and/or services are as per principal to principal bipartite contractual obligations between Buyer and eMedicineHub and payment facility is merely used by the Buyer and eMedicineHub to facilitate the completion of the Transaction.

You have specifically authorized eMedicineHub or its service providers to collect, process, facilitate and remit payments and / or the Transaction Price electronically or through Cash on Delivery to and from other Users in respect of transactions through Payment Facility. Your relationship with eMedicineHub is on a principal to principal basis and by accepting these Terms of Use you agree that eMedicineHub is an independent contractor for all purposes, and does not have control of or liability for the products or services that are listed on eMedicineHub’s Website that are paid for by using the Payment Facility.

You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by eMedicineHub is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through Cash On Delivery, collection and remittance facility for the Transactions on the Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and Credit Card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing Payment Facility, eMedicineHub is neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the Transaction or the Transaction Price.

Payment Facility for Buyers:

You, as a Buyer, understand that upon initiating a Transaction You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with eMedicineHub to purchase the products and /or services from eMedicineHub using the Payment Facility, and you shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank to eMedicineHub using Payment Facility.

You, as a Buyer, may agree with eMedicineHub through electronic communication and electronic records and using the automated features as may be provided by Payment Facility on any extension / increase in the Dispatch and/or Delivery time and the Transaction shall stand amended to such extent. Any such extension / increase of Dispatch / Delivery time or subsequent novation / variation of the Transaction should be in compliance with Payment Facility Rules and Policies.

You, as a Buyer, shall electronically notify Payment Facility using the appropriate Website features immediately upon Delivery or non-Delivery within the time period as provided in Policies. No notification by You of Delivery or non-Delivery within the time period specified in the Policies shall be construed as a deemed Delivery in respect of that Transaction. In case of Cash On Delivery transactions, Buyer is not required to confirm the receipt of products or services.

You, as a Buyer, understand that the Payment Facility may not be available in full or in part for certain category of products and/or services and/or Transactions as mentioned in the Policies and hence you may not be entitled to a refund in respect of the Transactions for those products and /or services.

For both electronics payments and cash on delivery, refund shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS / eMedicineHub Wallet or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).

Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.

Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to eMedicineHub in case of any misuse by Buyer.

Refund shall be subject to Buyer complying with Policies.

eMedicineHub reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions or Transaction Price which eMedicineHub may receive from on an individual Valid Credit/Debit/ Cash Card / Valid Bank Account/ and such other infrastructure or any other financial instrument directly or indirectly through payment aggregator or through any such facility authorized by Reserve Bank of India to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment or by an individual Buyer during any time period, and reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions exceeding such limit.

eMedicineHub reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions by Buyers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by Buyer with eMedicineHub or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.

eMedicineHub may do such checks as it deems fit before approving the receipt of/Buyers commitment to pay (for Cash On Delivery transactions) Transaction Price from the Buyer for security or other reasons at the discretion of eMedicineHub. As a result of such check if eMedicineHub is not satisfied with the creditability of the Buyer or genuineness of the Transaction or other reasons at its sole discretion, eMedicineHub shall have the right to reject the receipt of / Buyers commitment to pay Transaction Price. For avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that the ‘Cash on Delivery’ feature for payment, may be disabled for certain account users, at the sole discretion of eMedicineHub.

eMedicineHub may delay notifying the payment confirmation i.e. informing to Dispatch, if eMedicineHub deems suspicious or for Buyers conducting high transaction volumes to ensure safety of the Transaction and Transaction Price. In addition, eMedicineHub may hold Transaction Price and may not Dispatch or remit Transaction Price to law enforcement officials (instead of refunding the same to Buyer) at the request of law enforcement officials or in the event the Buyer is engaged in any form of illegal activity.

The Buyer acknowledge that eMedicineHub will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a Transaction/Transaction Price or any delay in processing a Transaction/Transaction Price which is beyond control of eMedicineHub

Applicable Law

Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in New Delhi.

Jurisdictional Issues/Sale in India Only

Unless otherwise specified, the material on the Website is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India. eMedicineHub make no representation that materials in the Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this site from other locations/Countries other than India do so on their own initiative and eMedicineHub is not responsible for supply of products/refund for the products ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

RETURN ACCEPTED CONDITION:

You can place your return request online by raising issue in your eMedicineHub account or calling us by +91 880000271 or mailing us as at helpdesk@emedicinehub.com

In case of Wrong Product/Size Exchange issue can be raised within 5 days of order delivery along with vedios while opening the parcel and photographs (of the parcel box as well as other products received) or other relevant proofs as requested by eMedicineHub.
If after opening the package customer discovers that the item is missing, the return request should be filed within 3 days of delivery along with vedios while opening the parcel and photographs (of the parcel box as well as other products received) on our email.
In case of a damaged packaging, do not accept the delivery of that particular package. In case you have received it and later, after opening the package, discover that the item(s) is Damaged/Defective or the product is leaked, the return request should be filed on the same day of delivery along with vedios while opening the parcel and photographs (of the received parcel box as well as the product) on our e-mail
In case products delivered are past or near their expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 3 months shall be considered as near expiry) return request can be raised within 4 days of order delivery along with photographs of products & vedio while opening the parcel which should have the of the expiry date of the product in the vedio (Expiry date must be clearly visible in the attached photographs & vedio).

POINTS TO REMEMBER

Please make sure that the product to be returned is in unused and is in its original condition. Include everything you've received for the particular product like price tags, labels, invoice, original packing including box, freebies and accessories. In case the Product(s) returned by the customer does not fulfill these conditions then eMedicineHub is not liable to re-conduct the delivery of the returned product(s).
In case where a customer had ordered multiple products and if one of the product(s) get damaged in transit then eMedicineHub will either replace the damaged product(s) and not the complete order. In case of non-availability of that product(s) eMedicineHub will refund the amount of only the damaged product(s) and not the complete order.
In case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you including shipping charges are transferred to your account
Once your request to return an order is approved, a pickup will be initiated and after the product is received by us, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, replacement or refund will be initiated.
In the rarest scenario where a reverse pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. In case of Self-Shipment, eMedicineHub will reimburse the courier charges (max. upto Rs. 50).

After receiving the parcel, we will make a vedio while opening it and if any product is missing or there is any defect in it, eMedicine hub would mail the buyers the vedio and refund will not be done in that case

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with eMedicineHub. In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same in your wallet.

Return/Replacement Non-Accepted Conditions

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns/replacements.

Return request is done outside the specified time period.
Any wrong order or partially consumed strips or products will not qualify for return.
We will not be liable for refunds/replacements for any incidental liquid leakage up to 25% of total product quantity as it may be a result of evaporation or courier handling etc.
Leakage above 25% will be covered under our return/replacement policy.
Anything missing from the package related to the product including price tags, labels, invoice, original packing of product, parcel box, freebies and accessories.
Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, for such products buyer can directly call the manufacturer and avail the warranty.
If Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage by the customer.
Specific categories like books are not returnable once purchased.
Any consumable item that has been used or the seal is broken.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

We assure you that all products sold on eMedicineHub are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our user friendly Returns policy helps you cover.

Replacement Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied If you have received a Wrong/Defective product you can return it to get a replacement within 5 days of delivery, in case of Damaged/Leaked/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us with a replacement request or raise an issue in your eMedicineHub account. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you at the earliest or refund would be done in your wallet.
After the product is received by us, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated in your wallet.
eMedicineHub reserves the right to cancel the return request, in the event of fraudulent and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the product. Under this conditions, the products will be discarded.

eMedicineHub customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 100 working hours from the time of receipt of complaint.
Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, we will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.
The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer's packaging.
Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days in your wallet from date of reverse pick up (if required).

Any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Trademark, Copyright and Restriction
