Argentum nitr : Symptoms of in coordination, loss of control and want of balance everywhere, mentally and physically; trembling in affected parts. Headache from mental exertion, from dancing. Vertigo, with buzzing in ears and with nervous affections. 

Cocculus ind : Vertigo, as if intoxicated upon rising in bed or by motion of carriage. True vertigo, the world seems to spin. Must lie down from the severity of the vertigo. All symptoms worse riding in a carriage or on shipboard, hence must be use used in sickness.

Conium mac: Vertigo when lying down, when turning over in bed, when turning head sideways or turning eyes. Worse shaking head, slight noise, or conversation of others, especially towards left.

Gelsemium : General prostration. Dizziness, drowsiness, dullness, and trembling. Vertigo, spreading from occiput. Headache, with muscular soreness of neck and shoulders. Aggravated by sudden motion with blurred vision.

10-15 drops should be diluted with water and taken 3 times a day before meals or as prescribed by the physician 

In Cardiac dependant vertigo : Take additionally B4.
In Angina Pectoris : take B5 additionally.
In Arteriosclerosis : Take additionally B8.
During Menopause :  take B7 additionally.
In Hypotension : Additionally B62.
In impending collapse :  B66 and B39 if necessary.
