It acts upon the skin and the digestive organs. Itching is marked and is felt in different parts of the body, eyes, posterior nares; anus; deep in hands; legs etc. Visible pulsations of carotids and other arteries. Discharges are offensive. Pain in streaks. Senile pruritus. Fluent coryza. Offensive excretions. Itching erythema. Post-nasal catarrh; dry crusts, granular appearance of posterior nares with itching

Arteries, throbbing of. Diarrhoea. Eczema. Eyes, affections of. Genitals, offensive sweat of. Granular lids. Hands, sweat of. Headache. Heart, affections of. Heartburn. Intertrigo. Itching eruptions. Liver, affections of. Mumps. Nausea. Nose, soreness of; crusts in. Ophthalmia. Palpitation. Pruritus pudendi. Rheumatism. Styes. Taste, altered. Throat, sore.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Itching; better by bathing in cold water; worse scratching, touch and retiring.
• Stiffness and bruised sensation in the muscles of the neck, with sensation as if nape of neck could not support head.
• Itching of knees and elbows and hairy portions. 
• Pruritus vulvae, with yellow leucorrhoea, worse, rest. Burning in right ovary.
• Eructations of scalding, hot, acid, watery substance; better, coffee.
• Bad taste in the morning. 
• Headache with tired neck, better bending backwards.
• Pain around the heart extending to the left shoulder and arm better lying on back.
• Stiffness and bruised feeling in the muscles of the neck, with sensation as if nape would not support the head.
• Itching better cool bathing worse scratching, touch and retiring.
• Difficulty in voiding last drops of urine; several drops pass after he thinks lie has finished.
• Itching of scalp < sitting still in warm room. Sharp, thread-like pains of scalp.
• Stiffness of neck and soreness of all neck muscles. Neck tired; as if unable to support head. Dull pain in back of neck, at base of occiput, > bending head backwards

MODALITIES:

• Better: cold water, coffee; Cold applications. Pressure.
• Worse: in afternoon; from sunlight, scratching, Motion.
