Spasms of muscles lasting for days is characteristic. Severe and agonizing pain in the chest. Pain in chest radiating ot the back. The præcordial region seems to be the center of attack. Constriction of chest muscles, with radiation to shoulders and back. 

Angina pectoris. Haemorrhages, watery.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Violent, præcordial pain extending to the axilla and down the arm and forearm to fingers, with numbness of the extremity.
• Sinking sensation at the Cramping pain from chest to abdomen.
• Weakness of legs followed by cramps in the abdominal muscles. Paræsthesia of lower limbs.
• Coldness of whole surface. Skin cold as marble.
• Pain in left arm, feels paralyzed. 
• Screams fearfully with pain; exclaiming that she would lose her breath and die.
• Gasping breath; fear of losing breath and dying.
• Violent CARDIAC PAINS; sharp; extending to shoulders or both arms, to fingers; with numbness.
• Dreams of flying.

MODALITIES:

• Worse: Least motion; even of hands. Exertion.
