Rauvolfia Serpentine: One of the chemicals in Indian snakeroot is the same as a prescription drug called reserpine. Reserpine is used to treat mild to moderate hypertension.

Kali Phosphoricum: Mental fatigue. Irritable, restless, anxious, from mental exertion with high blood pressure.

Veratrum Viride: Sudden violent congestions (cerebellar or thoracic) with nausea and vomiting.

Passiflora Incarnata: Symptoms due to lack of sleep - hypertension and headache.

Crataegus Oxyacantha :  Palpitation and rapid action of the heart. Pulse strong and forcible.

Viscum album helps resolve cardiac or circulatory disturbances by restoring proper regulation. It helps poor blood and fluid distribution that may result in attacks of dizziness when standing or moving, a condition often accompanied by whistling noises in the ears and moodiness with depression. This plant also helps treat angina pectoris, neuritis, joint rheumatism, extrasystoles and degenerative bone changes caused by a chronically disrupted metabolism. 

Cactus g. :  Acts on circular muscular fibers, hence constrictions. Tobacco heart. Violent palpitation

Arnica montana : Marked effect on the blood. Affects the venous system inducing stasis. Helps to control hemorrhagic conditions. Relaxed blood vessels. Stitches in the heart region. Pulse feeble and irregular.
