• Alfalfa (Medicago sativa):Tones appetite and digestion, indicated for neurasthenia. Increases quantity of milk in lactating mothers.
• Avena sativa: Tonic for debility after exhausting diseases and has sedative properties.
• China (Cinchona officinalis): Debility, irritability, throbbing headache and exhausted feeling due to loss of vital fluids.
• Hydrastis: Indicated for easily tiring persons with debility, catarrhal symptoms and weight loss.
• Kalium arsenicosum: Recommended for chronic anaemia, inbuilt nervousness and restlessness.
• Natrum phos. : Natrum Phos helps restore enzyme balance and relieve acidity, heartburn, dyspepsia, gas, distention or bloating, flatulence, etc. Spits mouthful of food. Painless or a bluish, florid appearance of the face.
• Withania somnifera : Restore vitality in those suffering from overwork or nervous exhaustion; counters debility that accompanies long-term stress and because of the high iron content, it is also useful for anemia and related weakness. 

Growing chidren: 2 teaspoonfull daily 3 times or as prescribed by the physician
