Bakson's Ceanothus Americanus 30 CH (30 ml)

This remedy seems to possess a specific relation to the spleen which enlarges enormously.  Ague cake of malaria. A left-sided remedy generally. Anæmic patients where liver and spleen are at fault. Leukaemia. Enlargement of liver. Urine, green, frothy. Periodical neuralgia. Chronic bronchitis with profuse secretion. Marked blood pressure, reducing powers. Active hemastatic, materially reducing the clotting of blood. Pain in left hypochondria; with dyspnoea, diarrhoea, profuse or suppressed menses, leucorrhoea. Menses every two weeks.

Bronchitis. Diarrhoea. Heart, disordered. Intermittent fever. Jaundice. Leucorrhoea. Leucocythoemia. Menses, suppressed. Side, pain in. Spleen, affections of.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Right sided headache with pain in left abdominal area
• Jaundice accompanied by pain and fullness in the region around the liver.
• Menses profuse, and yellow weakening leucorrhœa.
• Unable to lie on left side. Pain in liver and back.
• Immediately after dinner, dull pain in region of liver. Full feeling in region of liver.
• Sensitiveness in umbilical region with desire to relax abdominal muscles
• Whole abdomen moves with beat of heart. Bearing-down in abdomen < after eating
• Marked enlargement of spleen with inflammation, and pain on the left side of the abdomen. 
• Menses profuse with yellowish discharge from vagina, with great weakness.
• Constant urging to urinate.
• Urine: Green; frothy; contains bile, sugar.
• Fever. Shivering; loss of appetite, and nervous excitement. Rigors at frequent intervals. Intermittents with splenic enlargements. Cheeks and ears hot, with cold fingers 

MODALITIES:

• Worse: Cold weather. Lying on left side. Motion.
