Dr. Reckeweg Acid Oxalicum 30 CH (11 ml)

Though Oxalates are found in certain sour vegetables which are eaten, the acid itself is a very violent poison not only producing gastro-enteritis; but it affects also the nerves and spinal cord, causing motor paralysis. The patient becomes weak, cold, livid and numb all over worse lower limbs. Excruciating pains; like lightning; in streaks; in spots; burning, etc. Symptoms worse by motion and thinking of them, not only that, but thinking will bring on the conditions when they are not actually present. Rheumatism of the left side. Neurasthenia. Neuralgia. Paralysis; of left side; from spinal meningitis. Periodical affections. Pains very violent, in spots, worse, motion, and thinking of them. Periodical remissions. Spasmodic symptoms of throat and chest. Rheumatism of left side. Neurasthenia.Tuberculosis.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• All pains aggravate while thinking of them. Even must urinate & defaecate when thinking of it
• Left sided remedy having special action over lower lobe of left lung. Sharp Lancinating pain through it
• Terrible pain in lumbar region over the region of both kidneys extending down the thigh
• Pain in small spots. Pain aggravate from motion & slightest touch
• Violent pains in spots
• Small, and especially linear objects appear larger and more distant than they are.
• Vertigo; swimming sensation on lying down, while looking out of window.
• Band like sensation about the head; as of a screw behind each ear, better after stool. 
• Headache in small spots agg. lying down, wine, amel. after stool.
• Sudden sharp, lancinating pain in lower lobe of left lung, depriving of breath, extending to abdomen.
• Hoarseness, nervous aphonia (difficulty or inability of speech) associated or alternating with heart symptoms.
• Affects spinal cord and meninges with weakness, numbness, coldness of lower limbs.
• Arthritic pains in fingers; they are drawn in. Twitching of fingers. Fingers and nails livid.
• Skin: Sensitive, smarting and soreness, worse shaving; mottled, marbled in circular patches. Perspires easily.
• Wrist (right) constantly painful, as if sprained, wants to stretch it; cannot hold anything. Pain in fleshy part of thumb (right).
• Blueness and coldness of lower limbs, with almost complete immobility.
• Cannot eat strawberries. Sugar, coffee and wine disagree.
• Colic about the navel; or involuntary muddy brown stools better lying. Flatus passes with difficulty.

MODALITIES:

• Worse: Left side,slightest touch; light; shaving. Aroused about 3 am with gastric and abdominal pain. All conditions made worse by thinking about self. Mental exertion. Motion. Strawberries, sour fruits, grapes.
• Better:  After stools.
