It affects HEART; circulation and blood Heart becomes weak, collapse. Circulation becomes sluggish and under-oxygenation of blood produces LIVIDITY, WEAKNESS and drowsiness. Vitality becomes low and there is lack of reaction. The diseased conditions in stout women who are always tired and weary, take cold easily, suffer from cholera-like symptoms before menses, lead a sedentary life, have a slow reaction generally, and are disposed to frequent use of the smelling-bottle. Very sensitive to cold air. Great aversion to water, cannot bear to touch it. Heaviness in all organs. Uncleanliness in bodily habits. Pains are bruised and sore. There is internal raw burning. Swelling of parts, glands, etc. Acid secretions.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Haemorrhagic tendency, blood becomes fluid, haemolysis & degeneration of RBC take place & blood has diminished tendency to coagulate
• Ulceration tends to gangrene
• Fat patient with weak heart; palpitation & faintness
• Violent headache; full, bursting in forehead. Brain seems loose.
• Epistaxis when washing the face in the morning of after eating especially from left nostril
• Looses breath while falling asleep, must awaken to get breath.

• Cough is dry from tickling in throat as from dust, cough with asthamatic opression between 3 to 4 PM
• Cholera like symptoms at the commencement of menses
• Leucorrhoea watery, burning from the uterus, acrid, profuse from the vagina, excoriateion of vulva
• One of the best remedies for emphysema.
• Menses too early, profuse, precede by griping colic, acrid, makes the thigh sore, copious at night when sitting.
• Dyspnoea with palpitation, worse by exertion or on ascending even a few steps, worse in a warm room.
• Body red as if from scarlatina.
• Desire to lie on abdomen from which the patient gets relief
• Audible palpitation with fear, cold sweat, lachrymation, inability to speak, loud breathing and trembling hands. Heart weak, wakes with difficult breathing and palpitation.
• Children dislike washing

MODALITIES:

• Worse: evenings, from cold, wet weather, wet applications, washing, and during 3 to 4 am, during menses.
• Better: lying on painful side and on stomach; in dry weather.
