Dr. Reckeweg Aralia Racemosa 1X (Q) (20 ml)

This is a remedy for asthmatic conditions, with cough aggravated on lying down. Patient is weak, relaxed and exhausted. Biliousness. Mucus secretions acrid.Drenching sweat during sleep. Extreme sensitiveness to draughts. Diarrhoea, prolapse of rectum. Aching in rectum extending upwards; worse lying on side lain upon.

Asthma. Cough. Diarrhoea. Haemorrhoids. Hay-fever. Leucorrhoea. Prolapsus ani.

Take 15 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician

• Loud wheezing respiration coming on immediately on lying down at midnight, inspiration is loud and more difficult than expiration 
• Dyspnoea or violent cough after first sleep better slight expectoration. Whistling breathing.
• Raw, burning feeling behind the sternum.. Whistling breathing.
• Salty expectoration: feels warm in mouth.
• The right lung is more affected than the left.
• On turning to left sided, left side seemed affected, and right side became quite free.
• Profuse perspiration while asleep.
• Asthma on lying down at night with spasmodic cough; worse after first sleep, with tickling in throat.
• Constriction of chest; feels as if a foreign body were in throat. 
• The least current of air causes sneezing, with copious watery, excoriating nasal discharge, of salty acrid taste.
• Feeling as if about to have loose stool, voided with great difficulty only a teaspoonful of soft yellow faeces.
• After stool, whilst still sitting, an aching pain in rectum, extending upwards on the left side.

• MODALITIES:

• Worse: about 11 pm (cough), After a short nap.
• Better: Lying, with head high. Sitting up.
