Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Frequent and extreeme changes in sensations, sudden from the greatest hilarity to the deepest despondency.
• Excessively happy, affections, wants to kiss everybody, the next moment in a rage.
• Haemorrhage from any part, blood black, viscid, from the bleeding surface.
• Headache with foggy feeling; behind the eyes, frontal region, and changing location, during climacteric, throbbing, pulsating, worse during 2-3 days of accustomed menstrual flow.
• Eyes sensation as if room were filled with smoke, as if had been weeping, as of cold wind blowing across rhe eyes.
• Epistaxis. Dark, tenacious, stringy, clotted. Strings of dark blood hanging down the nose, with cold sweat in large drops on forehead
• Constipation in infants.
• Sensation as if she had been looking through too sharp spectacles. Eyes feel as if in smoke.
• Threatened abortion, especially when haemorrhage is dark and stringy.
• Menses dark, viscid, too frequent and copious, black and slimy.

MODALITIES:

• Worse: lying down, hot weather, warm room, in morning, fasting, before breakfast, looking fixedly at an object
• Better: in open air.
