It is an arthritic medicine for sudden rheumatic or gouty pains. Gout (increase uric acid deposition) and articular rheumatism; pains worse, motion; better, pressure. Right side most affected. Chronic gout and stiffness in joints. Acute outbursts of gouty poisons, especially when assuming the neuralgic forms. Tuberculosis, carcinoma, and lupus; chronic nephritis. Complaints from overlifting. Apoplectic diseases. Has a marked deterrent influence on the formation of polypi. Tuberculosis. Checks the formation of polypi. Atrophy of wounds. Takes cold easily. Carcinoma. It affects spine; liver; kidneys and right side. Checked foot sweat; chorea from.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Nausea, with headache, and vomiting of yellowish bitter mucus.
• Pain shift from stomach to vertex. Gas cannot be passed.
• Hoarseness, with dry, sore throat; cough worse at night, with aching in forehead and constrictive pain in chest; pleuritic pains.
• Seminal emissions; weakness. "Slothful to venery".
• Headache better after combing hair. As if bubbles bursting in forehead.
• Pain shifts from stomach to vertex. Water tastes sweetish.
• Drawing pain around navel before stools. Light foaming stools.
• Muscles feel strained and torn from their attachment. Hands numb. Hard nodes around joints in and out.
• Severe pain through pelvis as if from one acetabulum to the other
• Rheumatism appearing suddenly, mostly in joints, with restlessness; patients desire motion, although it < pains; > by pressure; sweat without relief.
• Brain feels too heavy and large. Sensation as if a bubble burst in forehead. Forgetful in the evening. 
• Small piece of phlegm in throat, which cannot be brought up by coughing. Cough tedious and long lasting; < at night and from motion; with an aching in forehead and a constrictive pain in chest.
• Red, itching and burning. Nettle-rash. Nodes around joints. Profuse sweat without relief.
• Wounds that atrophy.

MODALITIES: 

• Worse: Rubbing. Combing hair. Pressure. Warmth. After midnight.
• Better: Cold; wet. Motion. Before snow-storms.
