Common Name: The nosode of Whooping-cough.

Description

Taken from the glairy and stringy mucus containing the virus of whooping-cough. Introduced by John H. Clarke for the treatment of whooping-cough and other spasmodic coughs.

Indications

Cough, paroxysmal. Whooping-cough.

Dosage

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

Action of Medicine

Intense tickling in throat causing cough.
Intense flushing of the face with cough marks
Cough provoked by intense tickling in throat
strangling sensation with cough on waking.
Spasmodic choking with stinging pain in or on the chest with cough.
Hacking cough; with coryza is relieved with this remedy.
