Cracking and wrenching pain in neck when moving head. Cracking in cervical vertebrae, cervical spondylitis with pain, numbness, stiffness & stretching sensation in the nape of the neck & back, pain between shoulders with or without vertigo & headache.

Colocynthis, Ruta graveolens, Hypericum perforatum, Ledum palustre, Cuprum metallicum, Dulcamara, Conium maculatum.

10-15 drops should be diluted with water and take 3 times a day.

In acute cases take 2 hourly 6 times a day or as directed by the physician.
