• Rauvolfia Serpentine: One of the chemicals in Indian snakeroot is the same as a prescription drug called reserpine. Reserpine is used to treat mild to moderate hypertension.
• Viscum Album: Systolic is high and diastolic is low.
• Valeriana Officinalis: Hypertension in nervous individuals.
• Cactus g. :  Acts on circular muscular fibers, hence constrictions. Tobacco heart. Violent palpitation
• Arnica montana : Marked effect on the blood. Affects the venous system inducing stasis. Helps to control hemorrhagic conditions. Relaxed blood vessels. Stitches in the heart region. Pulse feeble and irregular.  
• Crataegus Oxyacantha :  Palpitation and rapid action of the heart. Pulse strong and forcible.
• Melilotus alba : Congestions and hemorrhages is the action of the medicine. 

In acute conditions 20 drops diluted with water every 1 hour till B.P comes to normal or below 150/100.

After that 10 to 15 drops diluted with water 2-3 times a day or as directed by the Physician.
