For runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes & bodyache due to Allergies or Sinusitis.

• Ferrum Phos : First stage of colds in the head. Predisposition to colds. Sore throat of singers. Subacute laryngitis with fauces inflamed and red. Cough better at night.
• Natrum Mur : Violent, fluent coryza, lasting from one to three days, then changing into stoppage of nose, making breathing difficult. Discharge thin and watery, like raw white of egg. Violent sneezing coryza. Internal soreness of the nose. Dry mucous membrans. smell lost.
• Kali Sulph : Cold, with yellow, slimy expectoration. Nose obstructed.
• Kali Mur : Stuffy cold. Nosebleed. Tonsils inflamed; enlarged so much, can hardly breathe. Plegm white, thick. White or gray coating at the base of the tongue.Hospital sore throat. 
• Baptisia Tinc : Great difficulty in swallowing solid food. Painless sore throat, and offensive discharge. Pain at root of nose. Taste bitter. Can swallow liquids only. 
• Bryonia A : Coryza with shooting and aching in the forehead. Swelling of tip of nose, feels as if it would ulcerate when touched.hoarseness worse in open air. Comming into warm room excites cough.
• Causticum : Coryza, with hoarseness. Scaly nose. Nostrils ulcerated. Cough with raw soreness of the chest. Difficulty in the voive of singers & publiv speakers.
• Eucalyptus : Stuffed up sensation in nose. Feeling of fullness and soreness in throat on swallowing, burning in throat. Constant sensation of phlegm in the throat.
• Gelsemium : Sneezing, fullness at root of nose. Dryness of nasal fossa. Swelling of turbinates. Watery, excoriating discharge. Acute coryza. pain in throat to ear. Dry cogh with sore chest.
• Sabadilla : Spasmodic sneezing, with running nose. Coryza, with severe frontal pains and redness of eyes and lachrymation. Dry fauces and throat. Sensation of a lump in throat with constant necessity to swallow. Warm food & dinks elieve. Chronic sore throat. Tongue as if burnt.

Acute Cases: 1 Tablet 4 times a day or as prescribed by the physician 

Chronic Cases: 1 Tablet, Twice a day or as prescribed by the physician 

Mild to moderate Cases: 1 Tablet Thrice a day or as prescribed by the physician 

Maintenance Dose : 1 Tablet twice a day or as prescribed by the physician
