Strophanthus his : It increases the contractile power of all striped muscles. used with advantage to tone the heart. Hearts action weak, rapid irregular, due to muscular debility.

Crataegus ox: Used as a specific remedy for heart complaints. Sustains heart in infectious diseases. Acts on the heart muscles & is a Heart tonic. Cardiac dropsy, valvular affections with dyspnoea. Fatty degeneration. Cardiac hypertrophy.  Irregularity of heart, Chronic heart disease, with extreme weakness. Very feeble and irregular heart action. Extreme breathing difficulty on least exertion,  pulse accelerated, irregular, feeble, intermittent.

Camphora : Icy coldness of the whole body; cannot bear to be coverd. sudden sinking of strength; pulse small and weak. Breath cold. Palpitations. As a heart stimulant for emergency use of Camphor is the most satisfactory remedy.

Valeriana : Choking on falling asleep. Irritability with all complaints. Convulsive feeling of the diaphragm. heartburn with gulping of rancid fluid.

Convallaria M : A heart remedy. Increases energy of hearts' action, renders it more regular. Feeling as if heart beat throughout the chest. Palpitation from the least exertion. Tobacco heart, especially when due to cigarettes

20-30 drops in 1/4 cup of water 3 time in a day or as prescribed by the physician
