Luffa operculata: It is known for its effect in running nose, allergic rhinitis and is used both as internal as well as external administration. There is dryness of the nasal mucosa with adhering crust formation. Allergic rhinitis is worse in room and better in open air. 

Cardiospermum halicacabum: It helps in clearing toxins. To some extent, it has healing and sedating properties. It stimulates local circulation and is a known anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic. 

Galphimia glauca: Useful in hypersecretion of the nasal mucus and the ocular mucus, sneezing, vesiculous, papulus eruptions and hypersensitiveness to change of weather. Hyper-sensitive to the changes of weather. Headache and dullness 

Acute stage:  Dissolve approximately 50 globules in half a glass of water and drink it in small sips or let 5-10 granules every hour dissolve underneath the tongue or as prescribed by the physician
